New Business

 Fall Service Project – As a service unit, would we be interested in performing a   community service project, such as Hands On Atlanta or Cut Out Hunger?  Please check  with your troops and get a response to Bebe Joyner. 404-527-7596  or BJOYNER@GIRLSCOUTSNWGA.ORG

 

 Family Community Partnership – Michelle Carter – SU Chair

   Debra Sterzik was able to make a substantial donation to our SU goal, through a volunteer grant offered by her work.  Thanks Deborah!

  Check with your or your spouses places of employment to see if they offer a similar program.

Presidential Service AwardsLisa Willingham

Girls can earn the Presidential Service Award by completing at least 50 hours of community service within 1 year.  Adults can earn the award by completing at least 100 hours of service.  The year period will be from October 1, 2004September 31, 2005.   Simply keep a log of the service and time completed and turn it into Lisa Willingham.
